1. Please ensure you book your stay under the “Early Bird” package and enjoy the exclusive offers.
2. The package offers are exclusive to guests who have booked this package; additional charges apply to other guests, and complimentary items or discounts included in the package will not be extended to them.
3. The package offers are subject to room availability, and rates may be adjusted accordingly.
4. The package offers cannot be combined with other offers.
5. The package is only applicable to bookings of up to 7 rooms. For group bookings of 8 rooms or more, please contact the Group Reservations Center for personalized assistance.
6. The package rate includes a 10% service charge and a 5% VAT.
7. Free cancellation is available up to 3 days before the check-in date after a confirmed reservation. Cancellation follows standard terms and conditions; cancellation within 3 days & before 4 p.m. before the check-in date or no-shows will incur a charge equivalent to the full room rate for the first night.
8. The package offers are only valid during the stay and are non-transferable and non-refundable if not used.
9. An additional charge up to NT$500 per room and per night applies on holidays (Fridays, Saturdays, and dates announced by the Madison Taipei Hotel).
10. Asia Miles members are not eligible to earn the miles and terms and conditions apply.
11. Cathay Hospitality Management’s AMMAZING CLUB members are eligible for member discounts or earn points; terms and conditions, adjustments for point usage and voucher application are applicable:
    • Vouchers used by members cannot be combined (including cash vouchers, group vouchers, dining vouchers, exhibition vouchers, upgrade vouchers etc; only one type of voucher can be used).
    • Only one voucher can be used per transaction, and vouchers cannot be used in conjunction (except for the “Invite a Friend” NT$100 cash voucher, which can be used up to five times per transaction).
    • Points and vouchers can be used simultaneously for room packages and dining promotions.

13. This package is subject to the terms and conditions on the official website.
14. The Chinese version of these Terms shall prevail wherever there is a discrepancy between the other language and Chinese versions.
