Terms and Conditions

Please book the package at least one day in advance and ensure you book your stay under the “MADISON X EVE LOM” Package to enjoy the exclusive offers.
The package offers cannot be combined with other offers.
The package rate includes a 10% service charge and a 5% VAT.
Free cancellation is available up to 3 days before the check-in date after a confirmed reservation. Cancellation follows standard terms and conditions; cancellation within 3 days & before 4 p.m. before the check-in date or no-shows will incur a charge equivalent to the full room rate for the first night.
An additional charge will apply per room, per night, on holidays, including Fridays, Saturdays, and dates designated by Madison Taipei Hotel.
Asia Miles members are not eligible to earn the miles and terms and conditions apply.
Cathay Hospitality Management’s AMMAZING CLUB members are eligible for member discounts or earn points.
Cathay Hospitality Management and Madison Taipei Hotel reserve the right of a final decision in case of any dispute.
