- What are the check-in and check-out times, and your late check-out policy?
General check-in starts at 3 p.m. and regular check-out time is at 11:00 a.m. Late check-out requests are subject to availability. See more details here. - Do you provide any Wi-Fi services?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is included with your reservation and accessible in guest rooms and all public space. Wired networks are also accessible with an Ethernet cable found in the desk drawer in all rooms. - Do you have a business centre?
No, but there is a spacious executive desk in each room. - Do your rooms have rollaways or cribs?
Rollaway beds and cribs are available upon request at the time of booking for all room types except Classic Rooms and Madison Rooms. For children aged 6-11 years, there is an additional charge of NT$300 (without breakfast) or NT$600 (with breakfast). For guests aged 12 years and above, the extra bed charge is NT$600 (without breakfast) or NT$1,000 (with breakfast). - Is there a place to store luggage?
The complimentary service is available only for guests currently staying with the Hotel before check-in or after check-out. - Do you offer currency exchange service?
Yes, it is available for the following currencies: U.S. dollars, Euros, Hong Kong dollars, Japanese Yen and Renminbi. - Do you allow smoking on property?
No, we are completely non-smoking throughout the entire hotel, including all of our rooms and public spaces. - Is the hotel pet-friendly?
Pets are not allowed, except service dogs. - Can I remove any items from the room as souvenir?
Other than slippers and toiletries, fees will be charged for missing items. - What is the company behind MADISON TAIPEI? How long have you been open?
MADISON TAIPEI is owned and managed by Cathay Hospitality Management, Inc, a hospitality division under Taiwan’s largest private company LinYuan Group. The hotel was opened for business in April 2014. - How many hotel rooms do you have? What is the rate for a basic room?
124 exquisite rooms. The rate of Classic Room starts at NTD$19,000 per night.
RESERVATIONS
- What is your cancellation/no show policy?
In compliance with Taiwanese regulations, guests can cancel without penalty anytime before 4 P.M. prior to the day of arrival. For no shows, one-night stay, plus applicable taxes and fees, will be charged to your credit card. Please note that this does not apply to all room packages. For promotional packages, please refer to booking details for specific cancellation and no show policies. - How can I see or modify all the reservations I have booked?
After a successful reservation with us, either via our brand website(s) or our Central Reservation Call Centre, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided within 30 minutes of booking. All your reservation details will be in the confirmation email. You may also review or modify your reservation on our website using your email address and reservation confirmation number. For any other inquiries, we are just an email or a phone call away. - How can I change/modify a reservation made through a third party website?
Please contact them directly as we cannot modify any reservations made through a third party. - What payment methods are accepted by the Hotel?
Cash in new Taiwanese dollar, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB card and CUP card. - Are guests under the age of 18 allowed to check in?
To ensure the safety of all guests, the hotel cannot accommodate reservations if the guest or any accompanying persons are under 18 years old.

- Do you have any restaurants or bars?

Join us between 6:30 and 10:00 a.m. for buffet breakfast at GUSTOSO Italian Restaurant on the second floor. For visiting adults who are not staying with us, breakfast would be $780 for weekdays and $880 for weekends, plus 10% tax. Breakfast for children aged 6-12 years old costs NTD390 on weekdays and NTD440 on holidays, plus 10% tax. - Do you have room service?
Yes, from noon until 21:30. - What are your minibar policies?
Everything is complimentary. - When is your Happy Hour at URBAN331 Bistro & Whiskey Lounge?
The Happy Hour at URBAN331 Bistro & Whiskey Lounge is from 17:00 to 18:00 daily, subject to applicable terms and conditions.

Yes, limited availability, please inquire. - Do you offer dry cleaning?
Yes, laundry received before noon will be returned by 7 p.m. the same day, otherwise by noon the next day. A 4-hour expedited laundry service is also available with an additional 50% cost. - Do you have onsite parking and what are the costs?
Yes, the entrance to our indoor parking is located in Alley 329, Section 1, Dunhua South Road, north side of the hotel. Parking is free for in-house guests or NT$100 per hour. Click here for more information. - How can I plan a special event?
On the second floor, there are two connected VIP rooms available for meetings or events. These two rooms accommodate up to 22 people. - Any convenient stores or (super)markets nearby?
Turn right into the alley next to the hotel, at the second intersection you will see 7-11 to your left and FamilyMart to your right. A 5-minute walk away is the Carrefour Supermarket at 48 Dunhua South Road Section 2, as well as a 24-hour Watson’s at Tonghua Street. - Where are the closest night markets?
15 minutes away on foot: Linjiang Street Night Market on Tonghua Street;
10~15 minutes away by taxi: Laohe Street Night Market or Shida Night Market.
TRANSPORTATION
- How to get to the hotel from the airport and how long does it take?

The closest bus stops are right in front of the hotel on Xinyi Dunhua intersection with one stop for each direction. Exit 1 and 2 at Xinyi Anhe Station and Exit 6 at Da’an Station are all 5-minute walk away.

- Do you provide sightseeing tours?
We partner with different agencies to provide a wide array of options. Fees vary, please inquire. - Can the concierge assist with THSR/airline/HSR ticket purchases?
Yes, tell us your seat preference, departure time, train number, and payment method and we will take care of that for you. A handling fee will be incurred for pick-ups at convenient stores. Contact us to print out your itinerary. - Can the concierge assist with shopping?
Absolutely! Guests must agree to pay all applicable shipping fees.
MISCELLANEOUS
- Do you allow event decorations if the room is intended for a wedding?
Yes, as long as there is no damage done to the property. - Do you allow fireworks if the room is intended for a wedding?
No. - Do you allow an event held in the lobby for a wedding?
For the comfort of all our guests, no events are allowed in all public space. - Do you provide dessert soup for a bride?
